Tips for Searching
- We recommend you consult and use the keywords from the Keywords & Glossary list in order to maximize your search results.
- Each keyword MUST be separated by a comma and a space and MUST be spelled correctly, otherwise you may not receive appropriate results. Capitilization does not matter. Connectors, such as "and", "or" & "not" cannot be used.
- Entering a zip code will begin your search within that particular zip code and then look for the next closest service by miles.
- The more specific your search criteria, the fewer your search results will be. Less specific criteria will yeild more search results.
- Search results are always listed in alphabetical order by distance from a zip code, if one was given. Results are organized under the following headings: Service Name, Description, Location and Agency.
Service Name: click on the service name link to open its Service Profile. The profile contains specific and detailed information regarding the service.
Description: will show a small snap-shot of the description of the service. To get the full description, click on the service name to open its Service Profile.
Location: lists the physical location in which the service is located.
Agency: this is the parent agency to which the service is affiliated with. Click on the agency name link to open a complete list of services in the database that are provided by that particular agency.
